Website Design
Paul Newson's website development goal is to design & build websites that will promote clients' businesses on the world wide web thus increasing visibility hence sales.
When your website is built, you can be sure that it is search engine ready by use of optimisation techniques that attract targeted traffic (i.e. visitors that are looking for the products/services that you provide).
Standards Compliance as Standard
All of the websites that Paul Newson designs are built to comply with the latest standards.
Every website design undertaken is built according to the standards for XHTML (Extensible
HyperText Markup Language) using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) as published by the World Wide
Web Consortium (www.w3.org). This means that your new
website will be viewable and fully functional on the widest range of machines and browsers. You can verify
this yourself by clicking on one of the logos at the top right of this page.
Every Client is Unique
You are an individual. Your business is unique to you. Your website design will reflect this.
If you provide fancy dress costumes you will most likely be looking for a bright, fun style of website which
would be wholly inappropriate for a financial advisor. Your website is just for you. You may already have a
very clear idea about exactly what you're looking for or you may only have the vaguest of ideas about what
the world wide web can do for your business. In either case, go to the
contact page and type in details of your requirements for a
free quotation.
Modular Design with PHP
PHP is used extensively to serve your website pages from logical modules to speed up development time.
One of the many ways in which PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) can be used is to store the various elements
of a web page in logical modules and join them all together as a single HTML document. This means that changes
to those elements of a website that appear on many pages (e.g. menus) need only be made to the relevant module
rather than to every page on the website that uses them. This is a much quicker approach than using pure HTML,
which represents significant savings in time and money.
